As per government of canada regulations juices that sell in quantity of more than 1 are exempt from tax. single juice purchases are subject to HST.

Shipping/Delivery Information

Healthtastic™ - The Better Juice Company will process and ship all orders once order confirmation and payment has been received. We work to ensure ALL juices are fresh for each order. Delivery date, time & location will be arranged with customer once order confirmation is received. For an update on your order shipment please email Sara@Healthtastic.me.

Should you have not heard back from Healthtastic within 5 business days regarding your order details for delivery, the customer should contact Healthtastic by emailing Sara@Healthtastic.me.


Cancellation of Orders

Once orders are processed and payment has been received, there is no cancellation of orders. However, we can offer you a future credit for your next order.


Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds on our juices. However If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have received from Healthtastic, please contact Healthtastic within 48 hours of receipt of goods by sending an email to Sara@Healthtastic.me. If a customer receives different goods from their order, please notify Healthtastic immediately. Healthtastic will come up with a solution however, the incorrect bottles must be returned unopened and, in the condition, they were received.
